La Vaperia México does not offer returns or exchanges of merchandise under any circumstances. La Vaperia México reserves the right to provide warranty services in accordance with the criteria mentioned in the section of Guarantee Policies.
Refunds will only apply when there is no stock available for the order placed by the customer, this may be total or partial. La Vaperia México reserves the right to previously validate the event in order to later make the decision to refund the amount paid.
- In case of pre-ordering a product, payment for it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

In these cases, the client must provide a 16-digit card number or interbank CLABE of an account in their name.

Credit or Debit Cards
The refund can take from 1 to 4 business days to be reflected in the customer's account. In case of doubts or clarifications after the confirmation of reimbursement by La Vaperia México, these must be dealt with by the client directly with MercadoPago, since we use this platform on our website to keep track of card payments.
MercadoPago or PayPal
The refund will be processed by La Vaperia to the same account used to make the payment. The refund will be reflected in the customer's MercadoPago/PayPal account immediately. The client will be responsible for ensuring that the funds are transferred from their MercadoPago account to their bank account. As MercadoPago or PayPal is an external entity to La Vaperia, any claim after confirmation of reimbursement must be dealt with by the customer directly with the payment provider.
