The products advertised on this page are for use by Adults, by accepting these terms You also confirm that you are the age of majority in your location.

To ensure that these products are not purchased by minors, we may request a photo of you ID, INE o Passport, these are the only documents with which that we can verify your account and legal age.

La Vaperia is not responsible for any consequence or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the products marketed here. The use and/or consumption of these products is the responsibility of the person who consumes and/or uses them.

As part of the site's security measures to prevent sales to minors, we limit the number of accounts to one per customer and one per home. If for any reason you lose access to your account you must inform us immediately.

In case of loss, damage or delay, for no reason La Vaperia México will not be responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the client, the recipient or any third party, including, without limitation, loss of sale, earnings, interest, expected profits, market losses, etc.

Payment Validation

La Vaperia commits to sending products once the payment has been validated, this process can take up to 72 business hours from the moment of payment, sometimes additional information may be requested to be able to validate it.

Payment under review

All payments must be validated and confirmed as received in our account, this process can take up to 48 business hours. 
Products will be shipped until the deposit is reflected.

If the bank deposit cannot be validated after 48 business hours from its completion, the order will be canceled and the account will be disabled.

The client must make the claim directly to the establishment where he made his deposit to obtain a refund.

Payment Market and Identity Validation

Payments made through Mercado Pago or Card/s can be reviewed by the payment platform, this process can take up to 72 business hours. The order will be shipped once the payment is released.

In case of the payment be rejected by Mercado Pago the order will be cancelled and the account will be disabled. The customer must make the claim directly to Mercado Pago to obtain their reimbursement.

Sometimes the system anti-fraud warns of irregularities in a purchase, in these cases you can request a purchase confirmation from the email linked to the transaction and an official identification of the client and the owner of the card or account used to make the payment.

Sometimes the client may be asked for an official identification to validate their identity or legal age.

In all scenarios above, a request will be made for the pertinent information mentioned above, if the information is not received or if the information received is apocryphal the order will be canceled and the account and address will be blocked.

If the payment was made through Mercado Pago the refund will be made on this same transaction, the refund and the time in which that this is done is subject to MP

's refund terms

When a bank deposit is validated but the identity of the client is not, a refund will be issued via interbank transfer, this may take up to 2 days working days starting from the moment the information necessary banking client is received.

Violation of terms and conditions

If a violation of the terms and conditions established herein is confirmed, all purchases not sent will be canceled and the offender's account and address will be blocked.

Lithium Battery Warning

CAUTION: Lithium or Lithium-ion batteries are very sensitive when being charged and can explode if they are not given the necessary care.

  • The user is responsible for having the necessary knowledge about these batteries before charging, discharging and assembling.
  • Keep batteries away from flammable objects at all times, especially when recharging.
  • Never leave batteries unattended when charging.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of these batteries.
