    In order for the shipment to go out on the same day the order is placed, the following is necessary:

      • The purchase must be made before 1:00 p.m. Central Mexico time.
      • Any purchase made after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
      • NOT applicable for purchases made during weekends (Friday after 1:00 p.m.) Saturday and Sunday.
      • NOT applicable for purchases made on long weekends and holidays.
      • The time of purchase is taken, from the time the customer settles the total order, either by means of payment via MercadoPago, Debit/Credit Card; in case of bank deposit or transfer, the time of purchase is taken from the moment the deposit is validated.
      • If the customer at the time of purchase provides wrong information in the delivery address, the parcel may refuse to receive the package.
