In order for the shipment to go out on the same day the order is placed, the following is necessary:

- The purchase must be made before 1:00 p.m. Central Mexico time.
- Any purchase made after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
- NOT applicable for purchases made during weekends (Friday after 1:00 p.m.) Saturday and Sunday.
- NOT applicable for purchases made on long weekends and holidays.
- The time of purchase is taken, from the time the customer settles the total order, either by means of payment via MercadoPago, Debit/Credit Card; in case of bank deposit or transfer, the time of purchase is taken from the moment the deposit is validated.
- If the customer at the time of purchase provides wrong information in the delivery address, the parcel may refuse to receive the package. If your order is lost, it must be reported immediately to La Vaperia, to start an investigation process that can take up to 15 business days to confirm it as lost. Once the procedure is completed and the result is lost, La Vaperia will re-send the package to the client.
