At La Vaperia we offer the parcel delivery service through Estafeta Express Service from 1 to 2 business days*.
The shipping cost for ESTAFETA is $119.00 pesos.

In order for the shipment to go out on the same day the order is placed, the following is necessary:
The purchase must be made before 1:00 p.m. Central Mexico time.
Any purchase made after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
NOT applicable for purchases made during weekends (Friday after 1:00 p.m.) Saturday and Sunday.
NOT applicable for purchases made on long weekends and holidays.
The time of purchase is taken, from the time the customer settles the total order, either by means of payment via MercadoPago, Debit/Credit Card; in case of bank deposit or transfer, the time of purchase is taken from the moment the deposit is validated.
If the customer at the time of purchase provides wrong information in the delivery address, the parcel may refuse to receive the package. In these cases, La Vaperia undertakes to provide assistance to make the change in the address of a package in transit, however, as it is a process beyond the control of La Vaperia, the delivery guarantee is exempt and cannot be held responsible for any loss occurred due to the delivery being refused by the wrong recipient.
In the event that the order is delayed for any reason other than the conditions mentioned above, La Vaperia is free from liability, remaining in the hands of the package selected by the customer. For this reason, La Vaperia will not be able to provide any type of compensation.

If your order is lost, it must be reported immediately to La Vaperia, to start an investigation process that can take up to 15 business days to confirm it as lost. Once the procedure is completed and the result is lost, La Vaperia will re-send the package to the client.
If it is required to pay an extra for being a foreign area or being an area outside coverage by any of the packages, La Vaperia will contact the client to mention this and the payment requirement.
