Due to the critical situation that the country is suffering due to phase 3 of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our parcel services are constantly changing, delivery times and shipping company may vary significantly and without prior notice.

In La Vaperia we offer the shipping service by parcel service through RedPack from 1 to 4 business days for 7 dollars.

    The following is required for the shipment to be sent on the same day the order is placed:

      • The purchase must be made before 13:00 hours, Mexico Central Time.
      • Any purchase made after 13:00 hours will be shipped the next business day.
      • Does NOT apply for purchases made during weekends (Friday after 13:00 hours) Saturday and Sunday.
      • It does NOT apply for purchases made during long weekends and holidays.
      • The time of purchase is taken from the time the customer settles the total order, either by payment via MercadoPago, Debit/Credit Card; in case of bank deposit or transfer, the time of purchase is taken from the time the deposit is validated.
      • If the customer at the time of purchase provides erroneous information in the delivery address, the parcel may refuse to receive the package. In these cases, La Vaperia is committed to provide assistance to make the change in the address of a package in transit, however, being a process beyond the control of La Vaperia the delivery guarantee is exempt and can not be held responsible for any loss occurred due to the delivery refused by the wrong recipient.


    In the event that the order is delayed for any reason outside the conditions mentioned above, La Vaperia is not responsible, being in the hands of the parcel selected by the customer. For this reason, La Vaperia will not be able to offer any type of compensation.

    In this type of situation, please contact us so that we can follow up on your order.

    If your order is lost, it must be reported immediately to La Vaperia, to initiate an investigation process that can take up to 15 business days to confirm it as lost. Once the procedure is completed and it is found to be lost, La Vaperia will re-ship the package to the customer.

    If an extra payment is required for being a foreign zone or being out of coverage area by any of the parcels La Vaperia will contact the customer to mention this and the requirement of payment.
