The products advertised on this site are for use by Adults, by accepting these terms you also confirm that you are of legal age in your location.

To ensure that these products are not purchased by minors, we may request a photo of your ID.

La Vaperia is not responsible for any consequence or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the products marketed here. The use and/or consumption of these products is the responsibility of the person who consumes and/or uses them.

As part of the site's security measures to prevent sales to minors, we limit the number of accounts to one per customer and one per household. If for any reason you lose access to your account you must inform us immediately.

In case of loss, damage or delay, for any reason La Vaperia will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the customer, the recipient or any third party, including, without limitation, loss of sales, profits, interest, expected profits, market losses, etc.




Payment Validation

La Vaperia is committed to ship products once payment is validated, this process can take up to 72 business hours from the time of payment, sometimes additional information may be requested to validate it.

Payment under review

All payments must be validated and confirmed as received in our account, this process can take up to 48 business hours. 

Products will be shipped until the deposit is reflected.

If the bank deposit cannot be validated after 48 business hours from the time the deposit is made, the order will be cancelled and the account will be disabled.

The customer must make the claim directly to the establishment where the deposit was made in order to obtain a refund.


Mercado Pago and Identity Validation

Payments made through Mercado Pago or Tarjeta/s may be reviewed by the payment platform, this process may take up to 72 business hours. The order will be shipped once the payment is released.

In case the payment is rejected by Mercado Pago, the order will be cancelled and the account will be disabled. The customer will have to make the claim directly to Mercado Pago to obtain a refund.

Sometimes the anti-fraud system warns of irregularities in a purchase, in such cases, a purchase confirmation may be requested from the email linked to the transaction and an official identification of the customer and the owner of the card or account used to make the payment.

Occasionally the customer may be asked for an official ID to validate their identity or age of majority.

In all of the above scenarios a request will be made for the pertinent information mentioned above, if the information is not received or if the information received is apocryphal, the order will be cancelled and the account and address will be blocked.

If the payment was made through Mercado Pago the refund will be made on this same transaction, the refund and the time in which it is made is subject to the terms of reimbursement of MP.

When a bank deposit is validated but not the identity of the customer, a refund will be issued by interbank transfer, this may take up to 2 business days from the time the necessary bank information is received from the customer.

Violation of terms and conditions

If a violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein is confirmed, all unshipped purchases will be cancelled and the violator's account and address will be blocked.


Lithium Battery Warning

CAUTION: Lithium or Lithium-ion batteries are very sensitive when being charged and may explode if not properly cared for.

  • The user is responsible for having the necessary knowledge about these batteries before charging, discharging and assembling.
  • Keep batteries away from flammable objects at all times, especially when recharging.
  • Never leave batteries unattended when charging.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of these batteries.
